let's see... red musk- no, although i hear the guild is up to somethingy musky.

root beer.. wassat. darn. it's late. coriander? cardamom? vetiver? help?

oak may be short for oakmoss? would help to know direction of blend.

saffron... i might know an organic source... lemme check tomorrow.

Hi Brent,

The Saffron absolute at Liberty Natural has a nice aroma to it, I think. As oils

go, it's not terribly expensive: $18.00 for 1/4 oz. They do have a $50 minimum

order, though I think if you are just ordering a few samples they will waive

that.

Have you read Ambrosia's recent blog on musk? It's not a recipe- but she makes

some great observations about different aromatics with musky notes. I think the

post was within the last week or so.
