Guest guest
Hi n, I find it very hard to cut back on the training, becuase it is something I can really control. I'm a product of the 1980's no pain- no gain, and more is better philosophy. I try hard not to do it, but usually fall into old habits. What do you do to address the mental aspects? I have no idea where to start to be honest. > I'll add to Tara's response to say - if you cut back on your > training, and do the BFL-training, then you'll surely have some time > to address the mental aspects of BFL.
