Guest guest
Hi Donna B, This is great that you know what causes your eating habits to go awry. I learned last year by keeping a food diary and analysing it with my nutritionist that my husband influences my eating a lot. I was having for example ice cream at home, which I never used to do, my nutritionist asked why, and I said because likes to have it. I think if we keep track of what we do, eat and the like, what makes us feel good bad tired etc, then we can learn a lot about what to change to make us feel better. I still occasionally keep a food / drink / exercise diary. It really helps me to focus on the triggers for good days and bad days. Best wishes from London, where the sky was the bluest blue this morning! Donna
