Guest guest
Welcome! Oh boy, you brought back some memories! Defining your Start Point is majorly emotional! I still look back at my pictures and get a little stressed. I'm not there anymore even! I think the idea is that you have to OWN where you are. And get over it. And use those emotions/feelings to change it. I looked like a potato too and I'm not from Idaho! Ok, two potatoes are standing on the roadside, which one is the hooker? The one marked " I da Ho " hahahahahahahaha. It's my favorite Idaho joke. Good job hitting your 10! It's all about the intensity, the more intense, the better results! And your 12 week pics WILL look better, I promise (as long as you stick with it). Go to bodychangers and look at machelleloveslarry profile. Fantastic results! All in 12 weeks. You'll see plenty of potato before pictures there. Take care! Jami > > Hiya All! I just joined and thought I'd say hello. > > I started my challenge on Monday, Sept. 18th. Guest guest
Heya! Thnx for the encouragement...I am NOT ALONE!!! I am from Idaho Falls, too!!! What a coinky-dink is that? FYI: I work out at the good ole YMCA in town. lil > > > > Hiya All! I just joined and thought I'd say hello. > > > > I started my challenge on Monday, Sept. 18th. Guest guest
Well how cool is that??!! I usually work out at Apple (when I can get my rear in gear) it is only a couple blocks away from my work. Other than that I walk the greenbelt or Community Park. Welcome to the board!
