Hi, I'm a new member and just starting the BFL program. I have a

great weightlifting DVD that I will use, a dog that loves to go on

walks and a treadmill for rainy/snowy days. As far as aerobic

exercise goes, I only feel comfortable doing a fast walk. I find it

very uncomfortable to jog. I am still nursing my 9 month old and I

need a good support bra. A trainer friend recommended underarmour

brand (about$40) all the other sports bras I read about are $70 and

up. (Too much) So, my question, has anyone used underarmour brand,

or recommend a great support bra for large chested women that won't

break the bank, like $50 and under?

Also, a nutrition question...has anyone used tofu as a good source

of protein? I can't stand the taste of protein shakes and I heard

some advice to use tofu in the shake instead of protein powder.

Advantages: it's tasteless, high in protein, and lower in calories.

I am open for any advice, especially on ways to keep motivated.

Right now, my main goal (and a difficult one for me) is to make

exercise a daily habit.
