Guest guest
, hi, If I was Europe bound March 25th, I'd be wearing my full length down coat (doubles as a blanket, lol) plus about 3 pairs of gloves, all the same color (allowing for some that might get wet and need drying). I think even I would take some sort of hat, although I am not a hat person, but keeping the head warm keeps the body warm. Look up The Company Store on line, in Wisconsin, see what's on sale for kids. That's where I got my coat, and it got me through a dozen sub- zero Wyoming winters. I would also take my regular New Balance shoes, plus my Uggs, and a pair of Snowboots (well, I'd wear those, they are too heavy to pack) You might shop for polarfleece socks for her to keep her feet extra warm. I think LLBean or Lands End has them and might have them on sale. Plus if they get wet, they dry fast. lol, I am wearing my down coat tonight out to dinner - and it is dropping into the 40's here now, lol, so much for sunny, warm Southern California, huh?! I'm very excited for , I know she'll love this adventure! Maybe when Roman in Paris and Donna in London see your post, they will give you an up to date weather report. Oh, might also need an umbrella. ~ Gretchen
