Guest guest
Kallie posted about Dr Cathcart and vit C. After my experiences with Cathcart quite a few years ago and the synthetic vit C that he uses/recommends, I would caution anyone from going that route. All that I received from fees paid to him was diarrhea caused by ingestion of large quantities of synthetic C. Absolutely no positive results were obtained from ingesting synthetic sodium ascorbate or potassium ascorbate. Synthetic C is NOT the same thing as naturally occuring vit C. Find a photomicrograph of each molecule and you will see the obvious and striking differences between them. You cannot correct a vit C deficiency by taking the synthetics. Humans, first of all, don't need MEGAdoses of any ONE nutrient. A BALANCE of nutrients is needed for health. Good sources of naturally occuring C are Amla powder, rose hips, and citrus derivatives. They also provide other necessary factors. Corny ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less!
