But as I know Adam, he is resilient and he will recover - AND have his smile back. You have a wonderful dentist who would work on Sundays for you. When I talked to your husband, he told me how Adam had built the cool race car with his friends, also about his talent for welding. I hope you can keep Adam's spirits up with positive stuff like this - and keep your spirits up too. I understand the $ aspect - it is expensive, but you have Adam in one piece, OK without some teeth, but I am just grateful he wasn't hurt worse.
