Physio treatments in London

Hi Jo,

I had my physio at University College Hospitals London. Butt Chelsea and

Westminster should be good too.

What I found was the physio gave me exercises to do at home and the gym. Then I

went to the gym and got a personal consultation that then I told them what the

physio said and they gave me a good programme. But what I need is the personal

training at the gym - with a trainer that specialises in physio. They have one

at my Holmes Place. That is my next step - once the disruption from the home

move stops that is.

My home move is amazing. I am scared a bit as there are so many stairs! And

the stairs are really old and wood - causing slips already for a few people I

know. I am thinking of getting indoor UGG boots with rubber soles so that I

feel more stable - and my feet stay warm! I will adjust, but I never thought my

CMT would make me scared of my new house!

Best wishes,

Donna from London
