Guest guest Posted February 16, 2006 Report Share Posted February 16, 2006 , Aquatics allows the body to the bouyant, so what you don't realize is how hard you've actually worked, until you're back on land. Stick with it. 1/2 hour is the best to start with - even do this for 6 months. But, in about 6 - 8 weeks you should notice a big difference, more stamina, more energy in general.
