Guest guest
I was talking to a physio the other day, and you wouldn't believe what they were saying... he told me that the latest thing for back pain, and " segmental stability " as the physios call it, was to teach the client how to isolate each individual multifidus muscle!! Is this not worse than isolated contraction of TVA? I certainly couldn't believe it. What are they going to come up with next? A wobbling board balanced on a ball to improve balance for athletes?
