Guest guest
I could use some help on how to book these parties in the first place. Do you give out flyers at shows? What kind of flyers? If you are really wanting to get the kinks out of your presentation, set up a demo in your living/dining room and give a private showing to your pet fish while you video yourself. Then, watch the video and see all of the areas you could improve or delete. As you are giving the party, (the pet fish is your audience) you will see what supplies you need and where each display needs to be in relation to your spiel. Good luck, Wyn
Guest guest
Hi ...you will be fine ! Oh my gosh....just listen to me talking ! hahahaha Me, with my very first party only last week ! I survived , so will you. LOL...Heaps of luck. The best advice I received was NOT to stand up and talk. Sit with the guests, keep it informal and give each person a little gift for coming to the party. hugs and blessings, . Re: Home Parties Help > Jane, thank you for your help. Guest guest
Wow, that's an EXCELLENT idea. I never thought of sitting with the guests...would definitely keep it more informal and friendly. Did you play any games????? Were you able to book one more party from that party? I'm going to work out what I want to say and cover, and start practicing. I have one friend that will give me my initial party....so I really don't want to spoil it!!!!!! And good luck to you for your future parties. I'll keep in contact with you and if I find something that worked for me, I will pass it on to you. I sell handmade bath, body and home products...what about you?
