knee improvement from Vitamin C

Hi Jeff,

Try some Vitamin C. My knees are stronger and you know today I actually had some

balance. I challenged myself to stand in the line at the bank with out holding

on to anything. I idn't have to balance for long for long but I did do it.

Silly of me to be happy that I could stand in line without swaying. Grr this

dang CMT..
