There are a number of viscosity grades available and the very low viscosity grades give the appearance of almost instant penetration with virtually no " oiliness " on the skin. It also looks like the ingredients list might be missing something - no mention of carbomer or magnesium aluminium silicates? Either (or both) of these components can add some of the feel you are talking about (if used in the right proportions). The presence of triethanolamine is usually indicative of the use of a carbomer (although it can also be used simply to balance pH).
