Yes, I've heard more than a few stories of cirrhosis reversing itself. Ususally it seems to happen when the person is on tx & when the cirrhosis is mild. I've also heard of cirrhosis going down a stage or two on tx. Good Luck, SuZieMsTigerHawk wrote: Hi, I'm Colleen from

Minnesota. I just found out I have cirrhosis. It's from hepatitis C, which I acquired in 1969. I've heard a couple of stories of cirrhosis reversing itself. Anybody else ever heard of that? I start treatment for hepatitis C at the end of October. Doc said to take the time between now and then to begin losing weight and exercising.
