Distance

[Guest guest]

Distance

I look at the sky and call your name,

and watch

as my voice pierces the clouds,

caresses the stars,

and tickles the wings of Angels.

By then,

it has entered eternity,

but still

it has fallen short of your ears,

which are beyond any distance

which I could possibly reach.
