Guest guest
Thanks. The " Global Wellness Pro " is a TENS machine, not new, apparently out of Arizona. http://www.globalwellnesspro.com/Wellness_Pro_2010.html TENS = Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation They do claim an FDA Registration from 2007, and they say a prescription from an MD is required to purchase it. It is programmable, and has " over 1000 auto codes " to choose from. Only three thousand dollars if one is a medical practioner, $3500 otherwise if you can get an MD to write a prescription for it. Unknown how rigid they are about the prescription, but if you become a sales representative for them and sign their contract they'll sell it outright. They do mention Rife briefly on their website and literature, along with many others. I have not checked it out on the FDA web site. TENS machines have been on the market since before Dr. Fishbein used one for Bell's Palsy in 1936. It's the only type of electronic medicine machine that the AMA of the 1930's (literally owned by Fishbein) allowed, and maybe the only type of pad-type " frequency device " the FDA currently recognizes. I'm sure there are many other manufacturers of them, and I'm sure those are FDA recognized too. Whether it is a " Rife Machine " is a matter of definition and semantics... Personally if I needed one of these I'd select another company I know of..... Thanks, Dion ..
