Guest guest Posted July 25, 2008 Report Share Posted July 25, 2008 My milk used to be full of flakies when I thawed it until a dear friend (who is also on this list) told me to get the milk as cold as possible before putting it into the freezer. Since I started doing that the milk is no different after having been frozen than it is when it's fresh. I deal exclusively with goat's milk but I would think the result would be the same.
