I have drank raw milk all my life, expect for about 10 years when we were without a cow. In that 10 years my allergies and asthma have spiraled out of control. While searching on the internet for a Guernsey cow, I came across Mark MacAfee's website and read the testamonials of raw milk curing these illnesses. I've had my cow for over a year now and I can't say it has cured me but it is way better milk than the junk you get from the store. Raw milk is legal in here, as are cow shares.
