Hi

I had resinged from this group but I chosen to come back to respond

to yur post. I want to say that I am a bit hurt(maybe just sensitive)

that you said and i will quote " Why would you call her? You are

already planning on getting the implants, what will that prove

anyway? "

I guess I wanted to talk with her because she seems like a perfect

person to discuss implants and the risks or problems with them right?

Wasn't she your dr? Why wouldn't you want me to talk with her?

I thank you Patty for your post and the others I think that were

nice to me, but i felt hurt by her posts and her private

emails were mean to me. I am just a young woman with deformed breasts

looking for help. I thought the cohesives might be an answer and I

am still undecided now and that they had less risks not NONE. But I

obviously am not 100% sure of what I am doing. I am still so mixed up

and the emails have really mixed me up because of and s

attitudes. All i asked for is help.

But I will leave now and go where I can get some real support.

Thanks again to those who were nice and cared.

You are simply too new to this whole topic of large lying

manufactures (that as funny as it sounds-rule the world) and a silent

doped up FDA that is supposed to be protecting us from harmful

products, (Viox, phen phen, silicone implants, faulty valve salines)

to fully understand why she is testing herself with implants in. I

don't meant sound rude, but it's a complicated issue. It took over a

year for me to get it, and it was after she answered several

questions. I would never do it, but she is risking her health so

perhaps truths comes out. People will listen to a knowledgeable

doctor, before they do one of us " Crazies "

in the girls that perhaps her " internal " study wont go much longer.

She felt something was coming or not feeling her best. I never said

she was sick.

I promised to not post anymore since I do not feel I am getting any

real suport here cept maybe from Patty but why am I getting

mixed messages here julie said do not call Dr Kolb, now you say she

is the only one, hmm I am getting very mixed messages here. I thought

everyone was saying Dr Feng was the best, and said to not

bother with Dr Kolb becasue she is not the best, and now I don't know

what the heck to believe. My head is hurting I think I need to just

forget about this site. I am not a little girl, I am an

adult, I admit i am young, but I am a woman. I may be confused as to

what to do about my breasts but isn't everyone here used to that.

Weren't you all that way too? I am sorry that my presence here is so

unwelcome

take care

any implants are safe. And, don't get them too big, stay small, they

seem to be safer, watch for the little changes, such as 5 to 10 lbs

in weight, sinus problems, etc. And plan on getting them out within

5 years TOPS, ok, Good luck, K. And don't go anywhere else

except KOLB, that would be suicide. No one else will help you, they

won't, face it, they've lied to us they'll lie to you. You're just a

little girl and PS think they can take advantage of you. REally get

a lift, there are ways they can use your own skin from your but and

move it up to your breast area, have you checked into that? Be

Careful, K.

please don't leave. As I said previously, I can totally understand

your problem and my heart aches that you are in the position that

you are in. Please keep waiting until you have exhausted your

options and feel a true strong sense of peace about what to do. I

feel God gives me that peace when He has led me in the direction to

take. If anyone hurt your feelings, I apologise. Everyone has to

make their own decisions and it isn't right for any of us to make

anyone feel bad for getting all the info they can and then deciding

a

different path that what we would take. And of course, everyone

here has 20/20 hindsight. I am sure there are more than a few

people here who were so determined to have implants that the same

warnings and advice you have been given would not deter them. But

then again, they probably are the same ones so deadset in making

sure nothing awful happens to someone else either. They feel so

strongly about how it ruined their lives, it is hard for them not to

get emotional and perhaps thoughtlessly hurtful.

I wish that any of us could know how to advise you but we can't.

I know that you wouldn't be willing to pay the price of your health

to feel more normal looking in the breast department, yet you know

or feel that many women out there are not sick and perhaps you

wouldn't be either. I can truly understand your dilemna. People

have surgery done all the time for non life threatening conditions

and sometimes everything goes fine and sometimes it doesn't.

Therefore it is hard to just dismiss a surgery that could

potentially help a problem such as yours. Again, I would like to

ask if you have consulted with any surgeons such as Dr. Feng. I

think I mentioned sending her a letter with some pics and then

calling her to ask what she thought. Plus she may be in a better

position to advise you of the risks as she sees them since she has

studied implants so much. Please give that idea some prayerful

thought. I will say a prayer for God to give you guidance. Just

please don't rush into something unless you really feel 100% peace

about it. Believe me,if we didn't care about you, we would have

dropped trying to convince you otherwise long ago.

God's blessings,

kathy

,

I was way off, I thought you were being metaphoric,

as in a " big world of industry " (I learned much about Dow

in my research seems everyone was a " little girl "

against that giant!) against the masses, we as

consumers being the " little girl "

Maybe I should get out of my head once in awhile! lol

I honestly did not take your remark to be meant in a hostile

way, perhaps I have been beaten into a state of numbness

(metaphorically speaking....) LOL <michellerking1@y...> wrote:
