Guest guest Posted June 7, 2011 Report Share Posted June 7, 2011 It sounds like what you have is a viable SCOBY and kick tushie starter. You basically have a SCOBY hotel there. Get your new tea/sugar ready, add the SCOBY (s) and say a cup of the starter and let it do its' thing. Do you have an area of the home that is cooler? Basement perhaps?
