I am humbled to have so little (if any) contribution to make to the world or society -- I so unemployable. My God! There's been so many geniuses able to make things possible for others!! So much ability and power. Any security, any convenience I benefit from done by strangers I likely will never meet...or have met and not known -- not recognized their contributions. I'm thinking of a kind of broody scientist I knew -- husband of a flamboyant woman who could have obscured him from sight anytime she pleased to. And she pleased to, often. That quiet man was content to sit for hours with his butterfly collection. They weren't just pinned because he found them pretty. He was studying nature, it didn't stop with butterflies, and because he worked with the Corps of Engineers, boaters were able to navigate our river -- once clogged by water hyacinths. Beautiful to look at, but deadly in rudders. There are such quiet men making life better the best they can. I generally assume the silent, almost nonvisible men simply wasted themselves in alcohol and on football games. Maybe One day I will be able to deliever you a hug in Person.. I never had the real chance to say how much I appreciate this group and how wonderful you all are. I am not in my best nowadays, and I know I am kind of absent here , but I read all the messages, and I am always aware of the needs, if I don't respond to them right away, it means that I am just in one of those times when I have troubles managing my time (I have no idea how to do that...). I rarely sleep and when I do so, I am called sleepyhead... can you just believe that?I barely am making through the regular e-mails on Myspace, which saddens my heart, because besides this group, I manage one Other group for and I have my own Prison Group , part of my Prison ministry.But this group is truly my baby, and I do have high expectations on what we can do together. I have been talking with and we have many ideas that we may be able to implement and to bring a new perspective in many ways in what is related to Humanity healing. I want to say to Misty, Yes, we are very much connected when You mentioned the Twin souls' post.. definetly connected...LOL. I was planning to make a little video for the group on this, I am in the process of gathering pictures and If anyone is interested in work with me on this, you are more then Welcome!
