Did I respond to everyone who wanted a copy of the ruling re Dr. Shoemaker?

Hi All,

I got several emails from people who wanted the appellate court ruling in

the case of Montgomery vs. Chesson. It is the ruling where Dr. Shoemaker's

methodology and treatment protocol was determined by the courts to be valid.

It's important because it is an appellate ruling.

I went out of town right after I posted that people send me an email and I

would get it to them. I think I got everybody, but I missed you, send me

I have some other things anyone who wants them can have, also.

1. A 3 hour video depo of Dr. Jay Portnoy, who is listed as one of the

authors of the AAAAI mold statement, discussing how his work was not included

in

the document. What he wrote was rewritten by Saxon. Dr. Portnoy and

the plaintiff attorney have both given me permission to share the video.

2. A disc of a document entitled " ACOEM Exposed, A Case Study in Sham Peer

Review and Conflicts of Interest. " It's based largely on the subpeoned

emails from the time the ACOEM mold statement was being drafted. This is mine

to

share.

3. A large disc file of the escapades of Dr. Gots. I have permission

to share this, too.
