Question on Mold found in AC unit

I have a friend here in Florida who has had cancer and

just discovered extensive mold in her AC unit. This

tell me that mold spores could be lurking throughout

here house, although she sees no signs of mold inside

at this point. They are cleaning the unit and the

air ducts, but doesn't see need more testing? I would

appreciate any thoughts you might have on this.
