I have molds in my central air/heating system the supply and return

ducts (HVAC). A professional company needs to do the proper

remediation on a system like this. I am on the 6th floor of a 9 floor

building, and no one has come in to do the correct and professional

remediation on the system, its throughout the entire building. A

regular manintenance team for the building is not qualified or

licensed to take this problem and try to remediate it. Toxins dead or

alive will grow as long as there is food for them to grow on,

moisture, etc. It is very difficult to remediate and very expensive

to remediate a 9 floor building with such severe problems, they would

have to more than likely tear the building down because it is not only

in the HVAC system, it is thoughout apartments, hallways, etc. which

affect over 100 people in just this one building that I am in, and not

even talking about the other 9 floor building on the side of me. HUD

refuses to believe there is a real issue here that is affecting so

many people. They don't want to loose money, by having to house all

of us elsewhere, tear down the property since it is such a health

hazard it won't happen and we will continue to be sick and worsen.

This is another reason why eveyone needs to speak up regarding their

stories and real life situations. We need to make the officials in

government, etc. to move and take action, not sit or stand and sweep

it away like it doesn't exist. Fight for your rights, express freedom

of speech, get those stories out there because if we all don't than no

action will occur and we will continue to get sick, and our existing

health will worsen. Mail those stories/comments in to ABC and don't

forget to get your stories to Letitia...the more they are out there,

the more recognition, help, and action we will get. I know that I am

tired of being ill, and my health worsening on a daily basis.
