Guest guest
you know, some one stated a while back that lawyers aren't doctors. and to bad doctors aren't lawyers. the possablitys are that the most affected by mold are now the most poorest and the least likely to be able to get to a expert because of long term exposure.long term exposure may in part have to do with the lack of knowledge in theri state about mold illness and lack of doctors that reconize it(for what ever reasons).and with out reconizeing it sooner and getting medical help, the chances of recovering go down and obviously the chances of MCS go up. lawyers dont study abstracts as much as they study other like cases. and doctors dont study cases as much as they do abstracts. lawyers tend to go with the general belief thats in theri area which is based largely on weather there are any experts in the medical field dealing with mold illness, and if there are any cases going on in the area. the ole catch 22 is that if you cant get anyone to understand the illness you may not be able to get to a expert and with out getting to a expert you wont get anyone to understand the illness. in some states there no dought is bigger political pressure to not have this illness reconized. for example when you have a very large chemical company in your state that depends on its wealth coming from something that actually causes a mold problem. and the rich want to be's dont want to step on the rich toes. so I'm just wondering how you get someone that might be fairly open minded but swayed by popular belief to look at a different point of view when it may cost quite a bit to even get that view convayed. most people dont like to invest in something if there not sure it's a sure thing. because of this, the dark well stay in the dark. and those with the most to lose will keep there winnings. even if they won it dishonestly.
