I have long known the dangers of homogenized milk and xanthine oxidase. I used to try to educate people. Well! We all know how that can go. Currently, I'm trying to figure out how to get myself a supply of good milk, real milk, raw milk. Cow or goat. I have done without milk (mostly) for a long time because I couldn't buy it raw.
