Hi I am Carolann and we own a small herd of Lamancha and Oberhasli Dairy Goats just outside of Tampa, FL.

We milk 8-10 does daily, our herd is certified CAE -, in Florida we are able to sell raw milk for pet consumption. We milk by machine, filter and quick chill in sterile milk jugs. As the farmer we consume our girls milk daily but follow our states rules and label all our milk accordingly by selling it only as "animal feed".
