This is a wonderful article. One thing of note, if you have the blood test

for celiac after you have stopped gluten for awhile, I have read and was told

by a doctor that you can have a false negative reading on the test.

********Yes this is true, but for those without insurance to pay for the

tests, just give up Gluten for a 60 day test....a lot cheaper....besides, those

of us with compromised immune systems, shouldn't be ingesting gluten anyway.
