Guest guest
Steve, You can buy 'un-vented' eye googles at Home Depot to protect eyes. Vented ones are for protection from debris flying into face/eyes, but non-vented ones are protection from fumes, gases, etc. You can pick up a NOISH 95 'folding mask' there which is easy to carry in your pocket. N95 is recommended, rather than 65. It's theorized that people gain weight as body's way of protecting organs from toxins by storing the toxins in fat. I DID experience unexplained weight gain at first but then I experienced unexplained weight loss when I got worse, so I would think gaining weight is healthier for you, than losing weight. Sometimes I wondered if I forced toxins into my body by dieting so determinedly but the dieting only took off a portion of the new weight and the rest didn't seem to want to come off, then all of a sudden it started to just fall off of me. Every time I got on scales I had lost weight even though I felt I had lost enough and was increasing my food intake. I know you feel you should eat carbs so you don't lose more weight but you can add calories with fattier foods more safely (eating good fats though of course), rather than trying to increase your weight with carbs. However I do not advocate avoiding all carbs as you leave out important nutrients. I just don't eat the various forms of sugar and white flour and I eat no grains due to their moldiness. However I eat carbs such as whole fresh fruit which I think is very important for nutrients, potatoes (which I know is not on Shoemakers diet but just telling you what I do), fresh corn (but not corn meal since it is stored grain), and other carbs that I think are nutritious but I try not to over do them. --- In , " shybasset " <shybasset@...> wrote: > > from the molds/chemicals are now worse than throat....I use an N65 > whiye mask , but no eye protection. Guest guest
Look, you really need to get out of there. The eye issues are symptoms of other things that are happening inside of you. Really, stop and ask yourself what you need to do to get out and do it. You need fresh air. Get fresh air, filter, dilute.. SO you can move, SO you can get OUT...
