Hope things are still ok there. We are looking for the eye wall

to arrve here soon. Winds 50 mph and expected to increase to near 90.

So, if I do not post for a week or so it is likely power outage. Over

3 million have lost power already.

and all our Texas friends:

Please let me know if you need anything, blankets, batteries, etc. I

have a lot of friends over here that are willing to send what is

needed other than " man " power. Believe me, if I could be there to

help you personally, I would be.

Please be safe, stay away from the windows and out of the storm surge

if you can help it.

Take care and be well. See you on the other side.

In general the Red Cross will ask for what is needed, or what they

think is needed; i.e. blankets, canned goods, money, etc. There is

usually something set up for hurricane victims as well through some

other organization or bank.

Since we know a few people however, that live there or at this point,

float there, I'm wondering what they need specifically that I can send.

Take care and be well.
