Lori, I think that is reasonable. I think a/c is

the source of mold for many apartments. I had

them open up and clean one in very nice hotel I

am staying at, that is otherwise emaculate, and

it was terribly dirty and had standing blackish

sludge inside. I think from what I have heard

that is sadly pretty typical for the window and

through-the-wall a/c units.
