Guest guest Posted November 29, 2004 Report Share Posted November 29, 2004 Palm Steric will make your soaps harder. I use 4 Tbs. in an 11 lb. batch. I have never heard of triple stearic. I use palm period. I'm past the experimental stages when it comes to soap anyway. In lotions palm stearic would thicken your lotion. I've used it in a scrub, have no idea what happens, exept the scrub came out wonderfully..The scrub came off the herbarie site, it's the bergemot body polish, has shea butter and stearic acid. - awesome.
