laura is correct the bodybar workouts are challenging!! i have one of

them (equanimity) and drool over the rest!! there many different

workouts made by the body bar brand--they have mini bars and a

flexible bar... anyway if you hve a chance go to the website:) have fun!!

I share in your drool, Stacey. I have a few and would

definately like more as well as more body bars. I

also want more BOSU workouts. The trouble is, I

rarely find these things on sale......

Thanks , this made sense especially in conjunction with watching some of the videos on the site Stacey posted so now my questions are answered. I'm not putting body bars on my wish list for now but those gliders and the bosu used in the videos with the body bar looked especially interesting! (You all are so very bad for my bank account.)
