Hi,

I've posted once or twice on this list but have finally started on the

BFL food plan (been doing the exercise for the some time). Currently on

day 4 but I'm already struggling with ideas for meal 6. I know shakes

seem to be popular but being in Australia and in the middle of winter-

it's not what I normally feel like at 8-8.30pm. So for I've had an apple

& cheese, strawberries & cheese and a myoplex lite bar. I'm also a

lacto-ovo vegetarian so that narrow does the protein choices to start

with. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Cottage cheese and fruit makes a great last meal, b/c cottage cheese is a

casein protein, therefore it is slow to process and is good to have at night. I

sometimes make pancakes for my last meal : oats, egg whites, some flavorings and

maybe some berries. You could do yogurt and cottage cheese. This is good:

Protein pudding: Myoplex blended w/ fat free/sugar free pudding mix. Use half of

the water and it's like pudding.
