Monday workout

This evening I did Step Blast warm up and challenge then worked back. The challenge is really hard for me, has been since the first time I did it. Anyone find this section particularly hard? My heart rate stays way up during the entire thing.

After that I worked back using Power Hour and Muscle Endurance.

Power Hour-

barbell rows and dead lifts- 40 lbs One arm rows- 24 lbs ( 1 set)

Muscle Endurance-

one arm rows- 20 lbs ( 1 set) Bar bell rows- 30 lb Dead lift/clean & press- 30 lb

My low back started aching like a tooth ache right after PH rows and didn't let up until the workout was done. I hate when that happens.

The workout didn't end up being near as long as I thought. It clocked in at 38 minutes and I burned 291 calories. Not bad.

Off to read and watch some TV
