Guest guest
I am a little confused about your question, but I will try to answer what I think you're asking: Follow the authorized food list (can be found on www.bodyforlife.com) Palm size portion of lean protein Fist size portion of carb 5-6x/day. Add a portion of veggies to at least 2 of your meals. > > hi i have been a member for a while now but i went away for vacation > for the month of may and june. now im back im still not home in LA > but i want to atleast start by eating the right foods. > > > if possible can someone post the exchanges that we are to eat > > for example > > protein > fruit > startch = breakfast > > and so forth > > hopefully my question is clear and im not confusing anyone. > > thank you > > anastacia >

Guest guest
Anastacia - Have you read the book by Bill ? The website is a good place to start, but it's not as good as reading the full book. n > i will check the list on the site you posted. > anastacia
Guest guest
yes i have read the book and i actually own the book. but that was back in April and im currently not home so i thought this would be a good place to refresh my memory. i just thought that maybe a sample could have been posted or something of that sort. but i think i will just have to wait until i get home and re-read my book thank you all once again and i guess im sorry for asking a simple question, i didnt think the answer would have been so hard to come by. i mean yes reading the book would be the obvious thing to do, but like i said dont have it here where im vacationing. Guest guest
you know ----- the whole thing with internet is that one cannot determine HOW something is said. Lots is lost via written text, without inflection, hand gestures and even facial expression - what I *think* may be going on is this: someone posts a question, very general - what is the eating plan. pretty much sounds like someone wants to just pop in, ask HOW TO DO IT, and go on now, BFL people *know* the " rules " are simple: -6 small meals per day -each consisting of a portion of -protein and a portion of carb add in veggies to at least 2 of the meals as far as " plans " go -- it is likely the EASIEST one and not hard to forget by coming and asking " what is a sample eating plan? " it comes across as you have no idea what BFL is all about. The book was recommended becuz the author (Bill ) goes into great detail into the WHY's and the HOW's of it all. I don't think anyone wanted to offend you ----- but just reading a quick question, seemed like you had no clue, like you had no idea what the whole plan was about. Please don't be offended, none was meant (I assume!) signed, ----- someone who lurks mostly, but saw this " mis-communication " and thought I'd help out. Re: question regarding eating plan yes i have read the book and i actually own the book. but that was back in April and im currently not home so i thought this would be a good place to refresh my memory. i just thought that maybe a sample could have been posted or something of that sort. but i think i will just have to wait until i get home and re-read my book thank you all once again and i guess im sorry for asking a simple question, i didnt think the answer would have been so hard to come by. i mean yes reading the book would be the obvious thing to do, but like i said dont have it here where im vacationing.
