I am at the end of week 10 and I am still wearing the same jeans I started in (very discouraging). My husband is convinced that I am building too much muscle in my legs and that is the problem and wants me to go light on the weights. I don't know what to do but I am really struggling!! Here is a typical day for me: Eats M1 oatmeal, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg M2 protein bar or apple 2 string cheese M3 chicken salad w/ low fat dressing sweet potato M4 cottage cheese and yogurt M5 protein bar M6 string cheese or protein bar I lift about 60 lbs max when I do my squats and do my leg workout as prescribed in BFL.
