Cleaning mold off of concrete

The concrete around my house is of course getting moldy in this

humidity. I'm just surprised the very, very hot sun this time of

year doesn't combat this but...it doesn't. I one time used bleach

and water on concrete to clean it. Worked but I killed all the

vegetation around it with the run off, like landscape bushes. So, I

have used an algaecide since then. It works too and keeps it back

for awhile but the mold comes back every year. Fungicide advertises

that it doesn't hurt vegetation. I don't know if that is true,

since mine is already gone.

Anyway, any tips from anyone? The algaecide is expensive and I end

up using a lot of it as the concrete has the mold and algae deep

into pores apparently. It comes back same place no matter what I

do. So something cheaper. Vinegar, baking soda?? If I put down

vinegar, I guess late at night so it doesn't evaporate right away in

heat. Anyone have any success with these or other things. I CAN'T

afford to use GFSE, too much concrete.

Also, to my disappointment, huge area on side of house that had NEW

concrete poured after repair of that side of house, gets a half or

at least a third day of full sun and is going 'blackish/grey', I

thought was normal color all concrete turned but now I know that is

mold. How? Telltale sign? The part of concrete that is right up

against the house and UNDER AN OVERHANG is staying white. In fact

greying concrete has a straight line separating it from white

concrete but is same concrete. This part of concrete would get less

water since except in heavy down pours, it gets rained on less due

to overhand. I also had concrete person pour concrete with a slant

away from house, so concrete there doesn't get water flowing toward

it, but away from it toward lawn. He did not slant concrete enough

for my taste. I don't care if I was walking sideways, I wanted it

slanted more. Then you know how it is talking to these people, they

don't get what you are driving at. I cannot tell it is slanted at

all but water does run off SLOWLY to edge so he did slant it.
