Hi D,

I do stop everything when I rash. Everything

that is fairly new at least. The only thing I've

done okay on lately are vitamins and minerals. I

have tried zinc oxide and it is one of few things

that isn't painful on the skin but it stays so

greasy. That is what I did last summer, I put

zinc oxide on very, very thick and wrapped my

arms up. This rash isn't as bad as that since

when I start to rash now, I immediately stop

whatever it is I'm taking. The summer I took

Nystatin though, I had no idea and kept taking it

and my skin was soooo painful. I was miserable.

Never mentioned it on this site since I thought

it was poison ivy. Benedryl doesn't work that

well for me but I have taken an antihistamine

like Tavist, that works for 8 hours. However it

mainly just helps with the itching and these

rashes are more painful, burning rashes, rather

than itchy, but I use on occasion. Anyway, thanks

for the suggestions.
