....and take probiotics during treatment and for

at least a week afterward. I was put on a Z Pak

not long ago for bad wound infection and forgot

to do that myself. It's your best opportunity to

displace some bad bacteria and repopulate with

good bacteria. Also do that when you go on an

anti-anything, anti fungal, anti viral, etc.
