Guest guest Posted August 27, 2006 Report Share Posted August 27, 2006 Hi, I understand the EPA has set 1 ppm/part per million as the level which is considered hazardous for concentrations of formaldehyde present in the air. Would this mean that any measurement of formaldehyde which measures in the ppm category (rather than being undetectable because it is in the ppb category) is unsatisfactory for a residential environment?
