Guest guest Posted September 13, 2007 Report Share Posted September 13, 2007 hey all last night after last comic standing i did caribbean workout pilates focus on stretching. a pretty good flexibility based workout with some focus on holding the core for stabilization as oppose to actually work the core. this morning did cathe's powerhour. i though i had supersets for today but hey i will work with it LOL. could have went heavier on biceps. i don't use the bar like she does b/c when it comes to crazy 8s my stronger arm seems to take over so using dumbbells kind of evens things out. did awesome on push ups doing most of the endurance set on my toes and doing the jump in/outs. i used a step but still did them on my toes . well i need MORE coffee. i have been getting up at odd hours for some reason. sometimes i go back to sleep and sometimes i am up for an hour before falling back to sleep. its really starting to effect things and i hate to mess up at work b/c of it. i will definetly try to get to bed earlier tonight and catch up on sleep. have a great day kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links.
