Guest guest
I have been experiencing lack of energy, listlessness, and weakness in my weight training. I'm having to lower all of my weights, and my muscles feel tired at the beginning of my workout. I'm very frustrated, b/c I really want to make progress, but I always seem to be tired and weak and I'm freezing all of the time. Also, the bottoms of my nails are purple, which I find odd...going to the Dr. about that one. I'm taking Betagen 2 X a day, just started the UDOs pills this week. I drink at least a gallon to a gallon and a half of water a day and I get about 7 hours of sleep every night. I'm 5' 7, this morning I weighed in at 117 lbs and the Tanita scale said 14.1% body fat, but I never believe that thing. Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts about what could be happening or what I could do to break out of this funk. I want to feel strong and energetic again. I don't want to dread going to the gym. I'm eating around 1700 calories a day (counting supplements), and my split is usually about 35/45/20 (Carb/Pro/Fat). Thanks to anyone who can help. Oh, and I do cardio 4 times a week, not on the same day as weight training. I usually don't eat before I work out, b/c it's at 5 in the morning. --------------------------------- Talk is cheap.
