I don't know if you've seen my postings saying so yet, but I really like Tony's goofiness too (in the PHH Arms video anyway, the only one I have so far)! If I were advanced enough to think I could do the P90X workouts and still move afterwards I'd probably consider them too.

That's so cool that your daughter did ball work too!!!

I'm half considering the ripped rotation for September (and buying the videos of course) but am thinking I'm amassing a pile that I need to do, including Cathe's wedding workout, and I will probably need time to play when I finish the PHH rotation (which won't be until mid-September for me anyway). Will be interested in reading about how it goes for everyone else though.

I'm back!/Thursday workout

Hi Everyone,I'm wading through all the mail, but I'm back. We gotback Wed but I haven't had much computer time and I'msneaking it in right now!Anyway, I did manage a workout on Thursday afternoonwith DD - half joining me and half watching theTank Engine. I did TJ Turbo Sculpt. I used mostly8's for this one and felt it to be pretty challengingwith this weight. Although, I wasn't very sore thismorning - surprisingly! I also did 10 Min. Solutionstability ball for abs and a stretch. TJ Turbo Sculptis sort of skimpy on the abs and stretch. But overallit is a good compound muscle workout. DD joined mefor ball work on her little stability ball. She'spretty good with it!Today, I'm going to do a TJ Cardio Party - not surewhich one yet. I'm not sure if for the last week in August if I'llstick with PHH or just do TJ workouts. I find TJworkouts to be great to get me back on track b/cthey're fun, not-too-serious, and not-too-long - mostare under an hour so they are good for getting backinto the working out mentality.Then, it is on to Ripped! in September.I still haven't decided if I want P90X or not. It isa tough decision, b/c I'm not entirely sure if I wantto be that "serious" or not. It sure does look like asolid program that would bring some good results,though! And, I'm one of the few that actually likesTony's goofiness.Take care everyone! Hi !

I'm up for Ripped if you are! It will be fun, I

haven't done these workouts since last year. I will

try to dig up the paper on what weights I used to see

if I've improved. I also do have Ripped 1000 and need

to try it out - I got it at Ross several months ago

and it remains in my virgin pile!
