Guest guest
If you want to workout later in the day, the book says to exercise 2 hours after a meal, wait 1 hour after you finish your workout and then eat your next meal. I don't think it's all that necessary but you can try it. Just don't put yourself in a situation where you're going over 4 hours without food. And if you're doing weights at night, make sure you still get a quality post-workout meal that contains both protein and carbs. You can eat it immediately, or you can wait an hour after the workout to eat it, but definitely don't skip it. A lot of people get weird about eating too much at night, but your post-workout meal is the single most important one of the day. So make sure it happens, even if it's late. > My schedule dictates that I workout .at night.
