Guest guest
Hello all We've had major problems with rage and Tom over Christmas. We think it's due to a combination of EDTA leaching his mins and VRM1 and VRM2 attacking his parasites. I've been referred to another site where everybody's taken VRM1 and 2 and it can take months of vile aggression to get to the gains. Soo, if you are prescribed it for your child I would go in extremely slowly with it. What I think is important to recognise is what happens when these things die. Firstly, they don't want to die to they probably dig in and fight back, and secondly they release all sorts of nasties when they go, which then go into your child's system. Presumably giving something not dissimilar to the hangover from hell. Then it would seem that they can all reappear within weeks. Good grief. We're on day 36 of a 60 day course. IF it turns out to be the VRM causing hte aggression (and we've stopped the EDTA so all other suspects are eliminated from our enquiries) that's a hell of a lot of aggressive time ahead. However, in his rage at least this time he hasn't regressed. In fact between rages he's been lovely and affectionate and increasingly verbal. Has anyone else seen good gains after successfully treating for parasites? I could really do with some good news motivation on the parasite front! Happy new year everyone and look forward to putting some faces to names at the conference next month. Steph x
Guest guest
Hi Steph, I replied on willis but don't know if you got that one. A rule of thumb is if it's aggression it's likely bacteria and if it's inattention/drunken like behaviour poss with disturbed sleep it's likely yeast. If you're treating for yeast it's a good idea to have something to control bacteria in place as well. Often if you treat for yeast then bacteria likes to jump into the vacuum created from die off. vrm1/2 looks like it's going to treat yeast from the ingredient list. We've had aggression from nowhere a few times with son and every time went away pronto when anti-bacterial used. We usually treat with garlic (allimax), olive leaf extract etc but last time didn't have any in so used goldenseal extract from hfs (holland & barrat) - two days later all calm. We've used it 1 week on, 1 week off... since then and no return of aggression. we give one ml twice a day on empty stomach (each ml equivalent to 250mg of herb). son 7 approx 27kg. Hope it gets better soon as I know it's definately not any fun, Mark > > Hello all > > We've had major problems with rage and Tom over Christmas.
