Guest guest
Jeanine, This is a very important review. Protease activated receptors (PARs) may prove to be very significant contributors to allergy and asthma, as pointed out in the review. Everyone should know that the most ubiquitous allergenic protease is in most laundry deterents: subtilisin. When inhaled at manufacturing plants, this detergent additive caused high rates of occupational asthma. To be cautious, anyone with mold sensitivities should avoid using use any detergent that has enzymes (read the label). Even Seventh Generation has enzymes! C.
