McNair High School cafeteria is being closed to students for the next two to four weeks due to mold, according to the Lodi Unified School District. Superintendent Bill Huyett said tests in the cafeteria indicated mold in the walls due to some leaks in the building. He said the mold is nontoxic and no students were exposed to it. " We did air sampling, and the air is perfectly fine, " Huyett said. McNair will convert its small gymnasium into a cafeteria while workers dispose of the mold. The small gym was used as a cafeteria all of last year. McNair parents will be contacted via the district's voice messaging system.
