I was able to get my upper body in today really early. had her play date time today and they wanted her to stay longer so I figured that would give me a chance to get Gym Style in so I could do some cardio this evening ( 3 workouts today if you count yoga this morning)

I did Gym Style Chest & Triceps

CHEST:

drop set push ups ( I got brave (after the first 16 on my knees) and decided to try them on my toes and use the same breaks as I do with weights. But with this, I took 1 minute breaks down to the 8 pushups then I took 30 second breaks down to 4 pushups...then no breaks) doing it this way I was able to do them all on my toes. That is a great feeling. It would be even greater if I didn't have to take those breaks and could keep right up with Cathe on my toes. Not sure I can ever get there though.

Bench press- 21 lb ( 3 sets)

Flies- 20 lb ( 3 sets) I was proud of myself here :)

inclined bench press- 20 lb ( 2 sets)

Inclined flies- 19 lb ( 2 sets)

close grip barbell bench press- 40 lb ( 2 sets)

TRICEPS:

dumb bell lying extensions- 10 lb ( 2 sets)

seated overhead press- 20 lb ( 2 sets)

cross body extensions- 11 lb ( 2 sets)

cross body extensions ( in place of band) 8 lbs

kickbacks- 10 lb ( 2 sets)

kickbacks ( in place of band) 5 lb

I need to get legs in, but want to do cardio. Maybe I'll do a mish mosh of cardio & legs. We'll see.
